POLICY
Purchases can be made in store by Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Debit or Cash.
Phone or email purchases require a faxed/emailed order confirmation with a signature and 2 pieces of matching ID (driver's licence and SIN #).
All discounted or special order items are FINAL SALE and cannot be exchanged nor receive store credit.
Regularly priced merchandise can be exchanged or receive store credit within 7 days. Sorry, but ABSOLUTELY NO CASH REFUNDS.
All shipped items will be insured and sent via UPS with a tracking number.
